  The Hometown staff were extremely helpful with our purchase of a stand-alone double oven at the Ramona, California location. A friendly customer even jumped in to help us load the heavy oven/stove into the back of my truck. With the clerk on the hand truck and the two of us guys on either side, we were able to safely and easily tip the unit up and onto the tailgate and slide it safely into the bed . The clerk even made sure that I had sufficient padding protection for the tie-downs I was using for the trip home (you see, this kind of stuff happens when you grab the floor model when you just can't wait for your order to come in...the bane of living an hour away in the desert) ;) Thanks Ramona staff!!
